 Michael Caughran is forged from the crucible of America's most elite survival training program. As a US Air Force SERE Instructor, he didn't just survive the selection process—he graduated with distinction and became part of the only team in SERE tech school history with zero quitters. When the military needed to train the trainers, they turned to Michael.

For years, Michael has been the man responsible for preparing America's warriors to survive, evade, resist, and escape in the world's most hostile environments. He's consistently developed programs that keep others alive in extreme chaos.

But Michael's expertise extends far beyond the classroom. He's an entrepreneur who founded his own ghillie suit manufacturing company, understanding camouflage and concealment from both the theoretical and practical sides. He's managed training academies and personally refined the tactics, techniques, and procedures now used by military units, law enforcement agencies, and civilians across the country.

When special operations forces need to disappear into hostile territory, when law enforcement officers face life-or-death situations, when civilians need to protect their families—they're using methods in part that Michael helped refine.

His approach to training is uncompromising: he knows that in the real world, there are no participation trophies. There's only survival and failure. Michael's students don't just learn skills—they develop the warrior mindset that transforms ordinary people into protectors.

Michael brings the same intensity and precision to civilian training that he brought to preparing America's elite warriors for combat. He's someone who has literally written the book on staying alive when everyone wants you dead.

 Is a retired law enforcement officer with over 23 years of dedicated service, formerly with the San Francisco Police Department. Throughout his career, Chris served extensively in the city's busiest areas. His final assignment was with the motor unit, where he handled traffic enforcement and responded to complex vehicle accidents, including fatal incidents. Additionally, he assisted the Secret Service with dignitary and presidential escorts.

Currently, Chris is the owner and operator of Make Ready, a firearms training company based in Coeur d'Alene. He is also a certified Tactical Hyve pistol instructor. Passionate about firearm safety and mastery, he has been actively training for more than 12 years alongside some of the most respected and influential instructors in the industry. His mission is to help individuals confidently and responsibly master their firearms.

Lucas Olson brings over a decade of tactical expertise forged in the fire of real-world operations. As co-founder of American Reconstruction Concepts, he's the architect behind training programs that have equipped hundreds of first responders, medical personnel, and security professionals with life-saving skills.

His credentials run deep: from charging into North Idaho canyon fires leading wildland response teams to serving on the front lines as a volunteer EMT in rural emergency medicine. Lucas cut his teeth in private security across multiple high-stakes sectors, where split-second decisions and flawless execution weren't just preferred—they were survival.

A master of edged weapons combat and wilderness fieldcraft, Lucas doesn't just teach theory—he lives it. His expertise in urban survival tactics comes from years of navigating dangerous environments, from the unforgiving wilderness of the American Northwest to the volatile streets of Central America during his international service missions.

As a credentialed NRA instructor and expert knife maker, Lucas understands weapons not just as tools, but as extensions of the warrior mindset. His approach to training strips away the unnecessary and focuses on what works when everything goes wrong.

When Lucas teaches escape tactics or defensive combat, he's drawing from a reservoir of experience most instructors will never possess. He's the guy you want in your corner when the situation goes sideways—and the one who'll make sure you're ready when it does.

His mission is simple: ensure that when danger finds you, you're the most dangerous person in the room.

In alignment with our spirit of adventure and service, Michael, Lucas, Ralph and Mike often donate their time to the betterment of others by volunteering in their local church, community and neighbors. It's a joy for them to give back to their community whenever the opportunity presents itself.

We give our Lord and Savior, King Jesus all the glory for saving our souls and giving us life more abundantly. Without Him, our perspective grows dark and terrible, but with him, there is nothing we can’t achieve, no mountain we can’t climb, no battle we can’t win, no challenge without a great and brilliant hope.
